The lighting had to enhance the open and comfortable ambience of the house with its large glazed area, and the lights themselves had to merge discreetly into the background, with the emphasis being on the overall lighting effect. The objective was a light quality that was relaxing, motivating and agreeable. The lights themselves had to meet the owner's exacting design requirements, and provide efficient and environmentally-friendly illumination of the house - low energy costs combined with particularly vibrant light.
